1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website at agencialj.com or purchasing our services (including Ad Campaign Management, CRM Access, and Automation Setup), you verify that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business entity and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Services Agencia LJ LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Paid Advertising Management (Meta/Google).
CRM Software Access and Support.
Creation of Landing Pages and Automations.
Service Delivery: Support and strategic consulting are delivered primarily via WhatsApp and Google Meet. Digital assets (landing pages/automations) are delivered directly into your assigned CRM account.
3. Payments and Billing
Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize Agencia LJ LLC to charge the applicable setup fees and monthly retainer fees.
Recurring Billing: Subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to the CRM and ad management services may be suspended immediately until payment is rectified.
4. Intellectual Property
Our IP: Our pre-built automation snapshots, templates, and proprietary strategies remain the intellectual property of Agencia LJ LLC. You are granted a license to use them while you are an active client.
Your Data: You retain ownership of your customer lists and leads.
5. Limitation of Liability Agencia LJ LLC works to achieve the best possible results for clients but makes no guarantees regarding specific ad performance, lead costs, or ROI. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the CRM platform.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mendoza, Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mendoza.
