1. No Refunds Due to the nature of our services—which involve digital access, intellectual property, and manual labor—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any payments made, including but not limited to:
Monthly Retainer Fees for Ad Management.
CRM Access and Software Subscription fees.
One-time Setup or Onboarding fees.
Consulting or Support fees.
2. Cancellation Policy for Monthly Retainers
30-Day Notice: Clients on a monthly recurring retainer must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to their next billing cycle.
How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to [email protected].
Billing During Notice Period: Because a 30-day notice is required, you will be billed for one final full month following your cancellation request if the request is made less than 30 days before your renewal date. Services will continue strictly until the end of that final paid period.
3. Setup Fees All setup fees charged for the configuration of Landing Pages, CRM environments, or Automation workflows are 100% non-refundable, as they cover the initial labor and proprietary configuration provided by our team.
4. Chargebacks You agree that you will not issue a chargeback or dispute with your bank for any recurring fees if you failed to provide the required 30-day cancellation notice.
